What are POP Running Co. socks made from?
Our socks are knitted from 70% polyester, 25% polyamide and 5% elastane. The blend wicks moisture away from the skin, dries quickly and holds its shape, with a light, breathable knit that keeps your feet cool. All materials are OEKO-TEX® certified. Where are your socks made?
Every pair is designed in London and made in Italy, by one of the country's most respected manufacturers of high-performance fibre.
What sizes do you offer?
Three sizes: EU 35–38 (UK 3–5), EU 39–42 (UK 6–8) and EU 43–46 (UK 9–11). If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Full UK, US and JP conversions are in our size guide.
Will they help prevent blisters?
They are designed to. Cushioning under the forefoot and heel reduces friction where blisters usually start, the breathable knit keeps skin dry, and the arch band and ribbed cuff stop the sock moving inside the shoe. No sock can remove the risk entirely, but the right one makes a real difference. Read more in our guide to anti-blister running socks.
Are they suitable for men and women?
Yes. Our socks are unisex, with three sizes that cover most adult feet.
What kind of running are they designed for?

How should I care for my socks?
Machine wash at 30°C and lay flat to dry. Avoid fabric softener and tumble drying, which wear down technical fibres. Treated this way, your socks will keep their fit and performance for longer.
Do you offer multi-packs?
Yes. The Permanent sock is available as a 3-Pack in black and in white, priced below three single pairs. Choose 3-Pack on any sock page.
Do you offer free delivery?
UK delivery is free on orders over £30, with next-day delivery available. Delivery to the United States is free on orders over $100, with duties and taxes included. Delivery to Europe and the rest of the world is free on orders over £75. Full details are on our shipping page.
Can I return my socks?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, if the socks are unworn and still in their sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened socks cannot be returned unless they are faulty. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
